Arihant Foundations Acquires Land for ₹3,120 Cr Residential Project in Chennai

Chennai-based Arihant Foundations & Housing has acquired a three-acre land parcel on MGR Salai, Perungudi, near the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) IT corridor. The site will host a premium residential project spanning 0.7 million sq. ft., with a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,120 crore.

Strategically located near major IT hubs like Global Infocity Park, Brookfield Millenia Park, and DLF Downtown, the project is set to cater to the growing demand for upscale housing in one of Chennai’s most sought-after residential zones.
