Arbour Infuses ₹105 Cr in ELV Projects’ Residential Developments in Bengaluru

Arbour Investments has committed ₹105 crore to Bengaluru-based ELV Projects for two upcoming residential developments, ELV Highgarden and ELV Kingsland, located in Whitefield. The firm has already released the first tranche of ₹20 crore as part of the funding deal.

Together, the projects span a built-up area of 11.73 lakh sq ft and will feature 596 residential units across five towers. Both developments are scheduled for completion by October 2026.
