India Sotheby’s International Realty joint venture with Interiors with Art Ltd

India Sotheby’s International Realty has entered into a joint venture with UK-based design firm Interiors with Art Ltd to provide bespoke architecture and interior design consultancy for ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth clients in India’s growing luxury housing market.

Interiors with Art brings more than 24 years of experience in delivering premium interiors for global billionaires and royal families across Europe, the Middle East and India. The partnership aims to offer end-to-end design solutions tailored to high-value residential developments, strengthening luxury real estate services in the country.

An MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, New Delhi, Sanjay has worked with leading Fortune 500 companies in corporate America. He brings high-performance leadership, disciplined execution and innovation to the design and construction industry, driving operational excellence and commercial rigour in complex, high-value projects at a global scale.

Creative visionary Shailja Vohora brings over 35 years of international design leadership, shaped by collaborations with leading global designers and luxury brands. Trained at the Inchbald School of Design, with specialist studies at Sotheby’s and SOAS, she combines deep fluency in philosophy, history, global arts and craftsmanship with a refined understanding of textiles, materiality and artisanal traditions. Her sharp sensitivity to human psychology allows her to craft residences that are culturally layered, individually conceived and artfully lived in.

Representing the next generation of leadership, Shreya Vohora shapes the firm’s wellbeing-led, technology-driven direction. A UCL Anthropology graduate with further studies at SOAS and executive education from London Business School, she brings deep insight into human behaviour, cultural lifestyles and how people live within space.
