Hyderabad turning a new city of skyscrapers

Executive Director, P Sreenivas Reddy, informed that there is tremendous demand for the top floor, especially those above the 30th floor. The reason to go vertical is to have more open space around the project and that's possible only if the building is above a certain height.
For Candeur Constructions though, the idea was to grab maximum attention with their debut show in Hyderabad as their projects in their home ground, Bengaluru, are limited to 24 floors. The 'Candeur 40' in Miyapur will have 40 floors once it is ready by mid 2024. Senior Manager (sales) of SAS Infra, Madhusudan Kilari, informed that of the total 346 units that the company has sold so far, the majority are on the top floors and 3BHKS. Building a 36 floor Tower in Nanakramguda is marketed as Hyderabad's tallest commercial project so far. The firm is drawing up plans to launch a 57-storeyed residential tower in the city soon, hoping for it to become the tallest housing project across South India.
Other than these, there are a lot of other projects in their early stages of planning, which are expected to be above 40 floors. All of them are planned for the western fringes of Hyderabad and are under the price range of ₹6,500 to ₹7,000 per sft (on an average).
