NBCC, which was awarded the reconstruction work of the Netaji Nagar Central government housing colony in New Delhi, has sub-contracted the work to NKG Infra. The redevelopment project involves the construction of general pool office accommodation (GPOA), allied offices and hostel accommodations on EPC model including operation & maintenance of the given structures. The project enatils ₹1,356 crore investment.
