Road infrastructure builder HG Infra Engineering has formed a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for fast tracking construction work on the ₹952-crore highway economic corridor-feeder in Haryana viz the Narnaul Bypass Ateli Mandi to Narnaul section of NH-11. Official sources informed that the new SPV -- HG Ateli Narnaul Private Limited (HGIEL) is undertaking the project, which is scheduled to be completed in 910 days on the HAM model. HGIEL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HG Infra incorporated as per the requirement of National Highways Authority of India with a paid up capital of ₹15 lakh.
