Close on the heels of completion of the first phase of its project, Chintels Serenity, the Chintels Group has launched its second chapter- Chintels Serenity Phase II in Sector 109, Chintels Metropolis on Dwarka Expressway Gurugram. The project consists of 6 high-rise towers with 324 apartments of 3 and 4 bedrooms in the range of 1590, 1955, 2100, 2375 and 2925 sq ft. The construction work is in full swing and the units will be ready for delivery by 2023.
