Godrej Properties Wins Bid for 7.5-Acre Plot on Golf Course Road Gurugram

Godrej Properties Ltd. has secured the Letter of Intent to develop a 7.5-acre group housing plot on Golf Course Road, Gurugram, through an e-auction by Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).

The plot offers a development potential of over 1.7 million square feet, featuring luxury residential apartments, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding ₹5,500 crore. In FY24, Godrej acquired two additional plots in the same area, totaling 7.91 acres. The estimated revenue potential for Godrej's projects on Golf Course Road is over USD 1.5 billion.
