Afcons Infrastructure Raises Rs 1,621 Cr from Anchor Investors Ahead of IPO

Afcons Infrastructure Limited, the flagship company of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has secured ₹1,621 crore from anchor investors before its IPO, which opens on Friday, October 25, 2024. The company allocated 35,021,597 equity shares at ₹463 per share to anchor investors on October 24, 2024.
Key investors include both foreign and domestic institutions such as GIC, HDFC MF, ICICI Prudential AMC, BlackRock, Fidelity Investments, and Goldman Sachs. Of the total allocation, 11.7 million shares, valued at approximately ₹542.2 crore, were allotted to 15 domestic mutual funds across 31 schemes, representing 33.44% of the total anchor book.
ICICI Securities, DAM Capital, Jefferies India, Nomura Financial, Nuvama Wealth Management, and SBI Capital Markets are leading the IPO, with Link Intime India as the registrar.
