DMRC Signs MoU with INSEAD to Enhance Metro Rail Management and Capacity Building

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with INSEAD to strengthen capacity building and promote professional excellence in the metro rail sector.

The agreement, signed on March 23, aims to enhance expertise in metro rail management from strategic, business and customer satisfaction perspectives, while creating a structured platform for knowledge exchange between DMRC Academy and INSEAD.

The collaboration will combine DMRC’s experience in urban transport systems with INSEAD’s global expertise in leadership, strategy and management education. The partnership is expected to support skill development, drive innovation and facilitate the adoption of global best practices in metro rail operations.
