CRC Group to Launch ₹525 Cr Ultra-Luxury Project in Greater Noida

CRC Group is set to invest ₹525 crore in developing an ultra-luxury residential project, 'CRC Maesta,' in Greater Noida West, also known as Noida Extension. Spanning approximately 3.65 acres in Sector-1, the project will offer 358 premium units across five towers, ranging from 29 to 32 floors.

'CRC Maesta' will feature three-and-four-BHK residences, with sizes from 1,720 sq. ft. to 2,650 sq. ft. Prices for these upscale units will start at ₹2.25 crore, targeting the high-end residential market with top-tier amenities and spacious designs.
