Alphacorp to Develop ₹350 Cr Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram

Real estate developer Alphacorp will invest ₹350 crore in a luxury residential project in Gurugram, Haryana, expecting a revenue of ₹600 crore. The project, 'Alphacorp SKY1,' located in Sector 15, Part 2, will include 200 units ranging from 2,400 to 3,600 sq. ft.

Alphacorp will develop 500,000 sq. ft. across two land parcels, each around 2.36 acres. The project will feature 29 floors and will hold GRIHA Certified Four-Star and IGBC Gold Four-Star ratings. Completion is expected within four years.
