RLDA Invites Bids for Leasing of Railway Land at Dharmavaram

The land is strategically positioned near Dharmavaram Railway Station, under the South Central Railway Zone, and is accessible via a 15-meter-wide road. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Ananthapuramu Hindupur Urban Development Authority (AHUDA). Additionally, it is well-connected to the APSRTC Bus Stand in Dharmavaram and the nearest airports in Bengaluru (159 km) and Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh (153 km).
Shri Manoj Garg, Vice Chairman of RLDA, highlighted the location's prime real estate investment potential. Leasing this strategically located land parcel near the Dharmavaram Railway Station offers significant development opportunities due to its excellent connectivity," he said.
