RLDA
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory body of Indian Railways, has invited bids for leasing a 3.5-acre land parcel in Dharmavaram, Sri Sathya Sai district, Andhra Pradesh. The land, located along Station Road and adjacent to the Chennai-Anantapur Highway (NH-716), will be leased for 45 years with a reserve price of ₹9.10 crore. The proposed Built-Up Area (BUA) for development is 26,770.91 sqm.

The land is strategically positioned near Dharmavaram Railway Station, under the South Central Railway Zone, and is accessible via a 15-meter-wide road. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Ananthapuramu Hindupur Urban Development Authority (AHUDA). Additionally, it is well-connected to the APSRTC Bus Stand in Dharmavaram and the nearest airports in Bengaluru (159 km) and Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh (153 km).

Shri Manoj Garg, Vice Chairman of RLDA, highlighted the location's prime real estate investment potential. "Dharmavaram, known as the 'Silk City of Andhra Pradesh,' is famous for its cotton and silk weaving industries. Leasing this strategically located land parcel near the Dharmavaram Railway Station offers significant development opportunities due to its excellent connectivity," he said.
