“We are manufacturing 90% of the concrete molds used in Cement and Concrete Testing Laboratories. Our products are innovative, lightweight, easy to clean, corrosion-proof, easy to transport, reusable, and environment-friendly. Our products are also available through the most popular online industrial portals.”

We are the first Indian manufacturer to produce rigid, concrete one-piece Plastic and Polyurethane Construction Molds in the country.

Zeal International is a manufacturer of Material Testing Equipment. We keep on developing and designing equipment that is more durable, sturdy, economical, simple to use, and environment-friendly. We are now manufacturing 90% of the concrete molds used in Cement and Concrete Testing Laboratories. The main advantages of our innovative products over conventional metal molds are that they are light weight, easy to clean, corrosion-proof, easy to transport, immediately reusable, tool-free operation, and there is zero pollution in their manufacturing process.

Our Asphalt Content Tester is designed to replace the conventional method of bitumen extractor.

The ‘Make in India’ mission motivates us to engage in Research and Development to expand our range of products as per the stipulated standards. Our continuous endeavor has made us innovate products which were once imported into India.

We have recently developed Asphalt Content Tester to replace the conventional method of bitumen extractor which used toxic chemicals for testing. Our Automatic Compression Testing Machine complies with IS 14858:2005, En 12390:3, and ASTM C 39 standards. Make in India has brought the world’s attention to our country for its innovation and creativity.

We are one of the biggest manufacturers and sellers of Asphalt Content Tester in India.

Asphalt Content Tester is used to determine the asphalt content of hot mix asphalt (HMA) and pavement samples by removing the asphalt in an ignition furnace by means of sample heating not by means of solvent, which is more hazardous to humans. This Tester is one of the most important machines used while laying roads, as it determines the quality of asphalt to be used.

Our tester competes with the most sophisticated international brands as it offers the same quality of results at a fraction of their price. In fact, we are also selling our testers to countries in Africa and Europe as they are CE compliant. Keeping an eye on international developments, we keep our products future-ready and updated.

Our in-house inventory management enables us to dispatch orders within two days.

We manage an inventory of everyday consumables and replacement for all our products, so, an item can be dispatched in 48 hours. Our customers get a first-hand look at our products and detailed information about them from our product flyers, catalogues, videos, and instruction manuals, which makes it easier for an operator to use the equipment. Our dealer network is spread across the country and we have a presence in three continents through our dealers and distributors, who extend the necessary customer support.

We are also active in the digital market place and our products are available through the most popular online industrial portals. So, online and offline distribution keeps us ahead of our competitors.
