Wuerth offers several innovative systems, such as the iBox that scans bins without manual intervention. The system triggers a notification through RFID to the warehouse to dispatch material quickly. The company also offers a refillable system for chemical application, where cans can be re-used more than 1,000 times. Its vending machine makes it easy to manage consumables on the shop-floor, providing convenience, efficiency and safety.
Amitkumar Gajjar, Deputy Sales Director, Wuerth Industries India, informed, “We have been representing Wuerth Industrial Services in India (a German multinational company) since 2005. We primarily deal in C-Class parts like fasteners that covers a range of 450,000+ articles. Apart from that, we offer tools, chemicals, PPEs, fittings. Altogether we can provide more than 1.4 million products. We offer storage solutions like CPS®KANBAN system, ORSY®mat (Vending Machines), and REFILLO® for chemicals. Our products are primarily used in Cargo Construction Machinery, Energy Segment, Machine manufacturing, Automation industries and so on. Cargo construction industry is one of the largest sectors for our products”.
The company has a warehouse facility spanning over 85,000+ sq ft area in Pune, with in-house NABL-approved laboratory equipped with instruments available for performing tests as per customer’s requirements. Wuerth adheres to ISO, DIN and Wuerth Standards globally, with a presence in over 80 countries. The Wuerth Group achieved 20.4 billion euro in 2023.
