What solutions is the company offering for the construction sector?

INFRAWISE was incorporated with the aim of providing solutions in the vertical equipment segment for the infra construction sector, especially to contractors in the real estate sector. We are providing efficient and economical solutions for all vertical construc- tion equipment requirements by facilitating transparent and secure transactions to build trust in our customers.

We offer a comprehensive range of used and new tower cranes to customers looking to expand their equipment fleet or acquire specific machines. We are involved in purchasing, selling, and renting; we buy back surplus equipment like tower cranes and other vertical equipment. For customers looking for tower cranes on rent, we offer rental options for a wide range of tower cranes like Mobile Tower Cranes and Fix Tower Cranes of leading brands.

In what ways do buying used tower cranes benefit contractors and developers?

WMT INFRAWISE Equipment

There is a demand from contractors and developers for used tower cranes that have been well maintained. This is because a tower crane of a good brand has a lifespan of 20-25 years, which makes it a dependable equipment. Plus, a used tower crane of 4–6-years comes at a price that is lower by a significant 40-60% to that of a new crane. This saves contractors and developers a substantial amount of initial investment and there is lesser depreciation in the future. So used and well-maintained equipment makes good business sense.

What kind of vertical equipment does INFRAWISE trade in and which companies has it partnered with for sourcing used equipment?

We are largely catering to real estate projects with equipment like tower cranes, passenger hoists, and placing booms, sourced from premium, reliable, and time-tested brands. Tower cranes is our core expertise equipment, for which we are representing ZTM – a premium OEM brand of China. In passenger hoists, we offer XMT hoists; and in the new Placing Boom category, we are offering products of Zoomwolf and Truemax.

In the domestic used market, we are dealing with cranes of ACE, POTAIN, and ZOOMLION. The Chinese market is largely dominated by brands ZOOMLION, ZTM, XCMG, POTAIN, and YANGMAO. Since we have an extensive network in China and Singapore, we can easily source used tower cranes that have a good service record from these premium brands.

What is your marketing strategy?

We offer complete solutions to customers looking for used, new, or rental tower cranes ranging from 2 tons to 80 tons. We also offer turnkey services, including transportation and installation at project sites. We also have buyback offers at good rates for old and used tower cranes, and even help contractors get the best salvage value for their old tower cranes.

We have set up an extensive pan India network to reach a wide audience and have streamlined the selling process for maximum sale value. We also plan to start manufacturing different types of mast sections, outriggers, and fixing angles, anchors, and tie supports.

How do you see the market for tower cranes growing in India?

In the last few years, the Indian market for tower cranes has grown to a market size of 1200+ units and we anticipate it to grow up to 3000+ units in the next 4 to 5 years. The real estate sector of India is growing vertically, due to the growing urbanization, and the need to accommodate people migrating to cities. And with building heights becoming taller, we are seeing an increasing demand for lifting tower cranes.
