Can you tell us about Euphoria India's origins and its core focus?
Euphoria India started in 2017 with a mission to export construction equipment, solar products, and engineering services. Over time, we expanded into the construction equipment dealership, becoming the Potain Tower Crane dealer for Northern India. We focus on providing quality products at competitive prices while ensuring strong after-sales support.

We prioritize quality by partnering with trusted global brands and upholding high standards in equipment selection. Our strong collaborations with industry leaders such as Manitowoc-Potain and Ammann have been key to delivering top-tier products and services to our clients.
For instance, in 2018, we were appointed the official Manitowoc-Potain dealer ( 2018 – 2022 ) for Northern India, and within just 3 to 4 years, we successfully sold above 100 nos. of new & pre-owned Potain Tower Cranes. We offer several models depending on the project's requirements. Some of our recommended models include the MC 120-6, MCT278-K12, and MCT470-L25, each suited for different lifting capacities and jib lengths. Our team works closely with clients to select the right crane for their needs.

Can you explain Euphoria's service offerings and technical expertise?
We offer a wide range of services, including the sale and buyback of pre-owned Potain Tower Cranes providing best location marking for maximum coverage & feasibility of easy dismantling solution. Availability of wide range of spare parts, crane erection & commissioning, relocation, dismantling, running repairs & training. We also offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), which ensure operational efficiency by preventing breakdowns and maintaining machine longevity. Our management team brings over 25 years of experience, ensuring that our service team is highly skilled in both technical and customer support. We offer prompt troubleshooting, spare parts availability, and safety training. By focusing on customer satisfaction, we build lasting relationships and help our clients maximize their machinery’s potential.
