This is indicated by the fact that there are close to 4,200 units working in India. Based on the emerging trend of precast construction in India, with notable precedent set by contractors like Supertech, Amrapali and BCC, who are also our reputed customers, we are quite hopeful of increasing our share of the pie. Further, the Zoomlion cranes have lower owning and operating costs due to lesser breakdowns and parts replacements. This is owing to the higher quality of metallurgy involved and advanced parts from the CE certified components makers globally. "We are offering customers adequate scope to analyze our tower cranes by highlighting our manufacturing facilities and advanced technologies involved in our tower cranes, through seminars and knowledge forums enabling them to draw comparison between Zoomlion and other offerings.
To expand growing market of Delhi-NCR, we have recently appointed Gurgaon based, Cangraft Equipments Pvt Ltd specializing in tower cranes trading, hiring, services and turnkey solutions. During 2011, Zoomlion acquired Jost technology input firm providing research and development support to tower crane manufacturing companies. The newer generation Zoomlion tower cranes incorporate design support from Jost."
