Last seven months of the new government have given hope of growth, like in all other industries, in earthmoving, construction, and material handling industry as well.
As the government gets its act together, the industry is yet to register growth but the optimism stays on. However, during the past six months, Escorts has been able to buck the industry trend. We have registered growth in a declining market through a slew of measures.
At a time when various players are struggling to hold on to their market share and position, Escorts has climbed up the ladder by garnering increased market share. Customers have appreciated Escorts' sensitivity towards both – the users and the owners, and rewarded it by increasingly reposing its faith month after month. The entire sales and after sales apparatus is fully geared up and dedicated to deliver delight to the customers. Credit goes to our channel partners for engaging with missionary zeal with the customers for high up-time and best machine utilization. Escorts being the first one to introduce the Equipment Monitoring System in Backhoe Loaders is increasing its bandwidth to deliver actionable data to the owners / users to get real value for its machine on multiple fronts.
Quality is one of our focus areas of relentless pursuit. For we, at Escorts, are committed to delivering top quality equipment. Customer feedback / voice is being captured not only to align the quality of the product with the expectations of the customers, but also to exceed it.
Our continued leadership position in cranes has encouraged us to work on some new models, upgrading the technology on some of the existing cranes and also to add new features, as we are determined to consolidate our position by increasing our market share.
