Could you please tell us about your company, its manufacturing facilities, locations, and their engineering attributes?
We would like to introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer of Conveyor Belts in the Western region having brand name V–CON. Our manufacturing unit is located at GIDC, Por, Ramangamdi, Dist. Vadodara, a very well developed Industrial Estate of Government of Gujarat having all the necessary infrastrural facilities and located on Ahmedabad – Mumbai National Highway No. 8.

Our product range are Conveyor Belts, Transmission Belts, Elevator Belts, Special Purpose Belts, Jointless belts, Endless Belt, Reel-conveyor Belts, Side Wall Belts, Rough Top Belts, Chevron Belts, N-17, M-24, Chemical Resistance Belt, Oil Resistant Belt, Super Heat Resistant Belt, Fire Resistant Belt, Abrasion Resistant Belt, Hygenic Belt, Food Grade Conveyor Belts, Diamond Grooved Rubber Sheets, Neoprene Rubber Sheets, Silicone Rubber Sheets, Rubber Sheets, and Steel Cord Belts.

These belts are used for material handling equipment, in cement plants, sponge & steel plant, ports, chemicals plants, mining & crushing readymix plants, batch mix & hot mix plants, thermal power station, fertilizers, collieries, construction, ceramics and many other industries.

What are company’s milestone technological contribution through its R&D department including new products launches and improvisations being made to its existing products range?

Side wall belts with cleats which can be operated upto 90º Angle & Chevron belt which are purely with integrated moulded cleats.

What is the market share Vrushabh commands currently and howdoes it plan for the next 3-4 years to take advantage of emerging business opportunities including plans for expansion and diversification towards achieving new heights?

Currently, we have substantial market share in the country and now we are planning to expand horizons from domestic to international market. We have started getting orders from overseas markets as well. We have future plans for expansion and to achieve capacity 4 times to present level.

A word about your marketing and distribution network? How far have your products made their footprint in the domestic and international markets? Are you vying for a more widespread presence?
We have a strong marketing team which is associated with us as our family members & devoting themselves 100% towards the goal and so is our channel partners throughout the country. Vrushabh family is very strongly bonded like our conveyor belts & jointly working hard towards achieving the determined goals.

Could you please also elaborate on the technical support services being rendered to your clients?
We have a well-trained and experienced team of people who are with us for the last 10 years and attended service call immediately and get the work done at customer’s site and that is what actually makes us better than others.
