Vishvaroop Anand, Titan Crushing Equipment
We are confident that Budget 2022-23 is conducive to economic growth, even equal to or above the pre-Covid level. The Government’s focus on infrastructure development augurs well for the construction and mining industries.
Vishvaroop Anand, Managing Director

At Excon, we will be introducing our new RV series VSI and multi-cylinder fixed shaft type cone crusher for sand manufacturing with PLC-based controls etc under our Diamond brand.
The new RV series VSI is a new generation machine, specially designed for production of finer aggregates and sand. We have taken many steps, especially for automatic data capture of various operating parameters of equipment, remote analysis, and timely warnings and reminders for maintenance, using IOT. This will result in practically nil downtime of our machines.

We are using PLC based control panels in many of our equipment such as cone crushers, VSIs etc. Once again, for complete crushing plants also, we will be achieving data capture and continuous analysis, to ensure that all equipment are running at the optimum performance level.

The construction market is maturing and delivering better quality products; operators need to be made aware of the new features.
The Crushing & Screening equipment industry, apart from improving the performance of the existing machine structure and design, is moving towards production of finer aggregates, M-sand / P-sand, and particle size control by washing or dry classification. It is gearing up to meet demand for better quality plants as regards their shape and design, since plant capacities are increasing and equipment design is being enhanced to meet market requirements.

Though operators are used to handling the old generation of equipment, the new machines have a lot of automation with warnings and indications for maintenance etc, which actually make the work of the equipment or plant operator easier.

However, operators need to be made aware of the automation and the new features in the equipment. We are providing training at the time of plant commissioning, which makes the transition from supplier team to customer team easier and smoother.

Titan Crushing Equipment
We design and manufacture equipment to meet future specifications.
At Titan Crushing Machinery, our focus is on meeting demand for aggregates in infrastructure construction. Our crushers are designed to maximize productivity, while giving lower maintenance and operating cost to the customers.

Our overhead eccentric jaw design, for instance, maximizes shaft and bearing life, and hence delivers high crushing efficiency that maximizes throughput by utilizing a more efficient crushing chamber.

As a crusher manufacturer, Titan completely designs, manufactures, and warranties the entire crushing plant. Our expertise lies in integrating the feeder, crusher, screen, and conveyer, and commissioning the complete aggregate crushing plant with superior engineering for reliability, higher performance, and ease of maintenance. We also provide our customers timely and reliable spare parts and service support to reduce their machine downtime.
