The Hydromex-V2 weighing system is designed specifically for self-loading concrete mixers to measure aggregates, cement, water, and admixtures accurately. It logs data cycle-wise, uses weight-based measurement for aggregates, cement, and admixtures, and flow-based measurement for water.
Aggregates and water admixtures can be mixed manually or automatically through PLC settings. Each batch cycle is recorded through a thermal printer, with reports available batch-wise or stored on pen drive. The unit comes in ABS/SS IP65-protected enclosures and includes a 128×64 graphical LCD with individual displays for aggregates, cement, and water along with a 16-key programming keypad and remote control for frequent functions like water admix.
