We are now producing asphalt batch mix plants of higher capacity.

We are utilizing our new production plant at Mehsana, near Ahmedabad for manufacturing higher capacity concrete batch mix plants (30-120 cum/hr) in a bigger way. We have recently produced and dispatched three machines from this facility. We are working towards lowering the cost of operations of our plants while delivering higher outputs. The initial cost of plants is going up due to the rising cost of raw materials and components; however, our aim is to enable our customers to enjoy a lower cost of operations through integration of newer technologies in our plants.

Our newly commissioned facility also manufactures varied products like kerb pavers & mechanical pavers, asphalt batch mix plants (80-200 tph), drum mix plants, bitumen pressure distributors, road broomers, and WMM plants.

Improvisations in our plants are aimed at making them more fuel efficient and cost-effective.

One of our key design interventions has been towards enhancing at least 25 percent of the capacity of the plants and making them about 15 percent more fuel efficient than other competing brands. We are doing this by making advancements in the design of the drums and burners so that the latter can maintain the appropriate level of air to fuel ratio for the right heating of the aggregates.

We have made our plants more flexible by installing burners of our own design and make such that they can burn fuels of different types at the jobsites. The plants are now more energy efficient and heat insulated with glass wool insulation on the drums and bins for proper mixing of the aggregates and bitumen, especially when working in cold regions.

Another advancement has been done in the mixing design of our plants to process various kinds of aggregates, particularly the river based, abrasive aggregates, mixed with bitumen. While engineering improvisation is a continuous process across our product range, some critical advancements in our other product categories include the provision of a two-side opening in our bitumen distributors.

We are investing in strengthening our plants’ capabilities for concrete solutions.

We are now strengthening our plants’ capabilities for concrete solutions so that they can deliver the rated output more efficiently, in view of the increasing competition in the concrete batching plant segment from established players.

We are appointing service engineers in many regions across the country besides widening our product line. Our engineers also stock parts to support plant installations.
