We will be showcasing our new range of Self-loading Concrete Mixers at Excon.
Venus produces self-loading concrete mixers of 2-3-4 cum configurations. We are now also developing the higher capacity 4.8 cum self-loading Concrete mixer. Our 4-wheel drive, BS IV compliant, self-loading Concrete mixer has an advanced control system, an adjustable steering system from Cobo, Italy, reversible operator seat for good visibility while driving, loading, and discharging, an electronic weighing systems fitted in the SLM to ensure accuracy of weight per batch, a hydraulic cylinder operated gate to load the material in drum without spillage, and the mixer is GPS with health monitoring system & rear view camera enabled for its optimum utilization.
The concrete batch mix plants manufactured by Venus are fitted with Venus make twin shaft mixers of 30-45-60 cum configuration from Sicoma, BHS, and also of the company’s own make. As per the customer’s choice, the plant can also be fitted with planetary mixers from Sicoma, while the pan mixers are of Venus make.
We are setting up a new state-of-the-art production unit at Motap near Mehsana in Gujarat.
The new facility, which will be the company’s second production facility, will comprise of three units for manufacturing concrete transit mixers and self-loading Concrete mixers. The first unit, which has already been commissioned, has begun production of mobile and stationary concrete batch mix plants in capacities of 15-160 cum/hr in three series: VIST, CP, CCP, & ECO. Full-scale operation of the new workshop at Motap facility is expected to begin by mid-2023.
The new facility with an area of 1,00,00,00 sqft, will supplement our existing production facility at Dediyasan in Mehsana, which is manufacturing the drums of the transit mixers, the self-loading mixers, and the reversible concrete mixers.
We see immense business potential in the emerging replacement market.
The upcoming Motap facility will support our new business vertical - marketing 7-8cum/ drums for the transit mixers industry. Our drums come with a unique spiral design for providing the required level of agitation and complete concrete discharge, even for low slump concrete.
We will provide the drums, ready for fitment on chassis, to transit mixer owners, along with complete mounting support with brackets and pumps. We will also market the drums to transit mixers owners looking to replace their drums with new products.
