At Excon, Columbia will be displaying a prototype of a new Concrete Block Machinery Model SPM20+ for bigger range of height of products. The machine has a same pallet size of SPM20 508x508x6mm, and can manufacture products as low as 25 mm height, and products like bricks, blocks and kerbstones of 250 mm tall height.
As a part of Columbia Machine Inc, USA, we are committed to manufacture the best quality construction equipment. We have designed and developed Core Puller Assembly for our existing range of Concrete Block Machinery for manufacturing Cored Retaining Wall Blocks, which has minute cores in the elevation. These blocks have been supplied to a leading contractor through one of our prestigious customers for the construction of a flyover in Mumbai. The approach to this flyover is constructed with this block of intricate design, which is an engineering marvel in itself.
Columbias’s state-of-the-art Concrete Block Plants are producing retaining wall blocks of intricate designs for better productivity and lower cost of production.
A decade back, Retaining Walls of flyovers were constructed with RCC panels. Now contractors, sub-contractors, and soil stabilizing companies use Columbia’s state of-the-art Concrete Block Plants to produce retaining wall blocks of intricate designs for better productivity and lower cost of production.
