Demand for concrete products will surely increase in 2018
As per our forecast and as per the government initiatives, we are pretty sure that demand for concrete products will surely increase in 2018. The government is very clear in investing a huge amount in infrastructure development. Due to demonetization, banks have huge funds to finance equipment, which has made very easy for buyers to procure equipment. These are very positive signs for the CE industry.
Barring roads, other infrastructure sectors like Power, Ports, Real Estate etc, are not performing as per the expectations. Hence, there is a stiff competition and it becomes very tough to cater to the demand of these sectors. We have, therefore, introduced our new economical series of batching plants under the name Venus Eco, under which we are offering mobile type concrete batching plants starting from 15 CuM/hr to 36 CuM/hr. This series is very advanced and very compact, and available at a very affordable price, so we hope that we will be able to gain good position in the Real Estate sector.
To meet demand for higher capacity batching plants, we have started a new production line
We have recently supplied a good number of bigger capacity plants to NHAI and CPWD projects. The performance of these plants has met the expectations of the buyer, and we have delivered the consumer surplus to the market.
Technology upgradation and modernization of our machines
These days, technology plays a very crucial role in every sector, so we have also updated our existing controlling system for monitoring and smooth running of our Concrete batching plants. We have made the system very user-friendly. We have also upgraded our ERP software as well as equipped our manufacturing units with modern machines like Plasma Cutting machines, CNC machines etc., to improve the quality of the final product.
New at Excon 2017
On display, will be our new, modern and mobile concrete batching and mixing plants named Venus Eco series starting from 15 CuM/Hr to 36 CuM/hr. These are very compact (only 27 feet in length), and come with a fully automatic PLC-based control panel. The design of the plant is so good that all the components are fitted on tyre-mounted single robust chassis, so that, with the help of a tractor, one can tow it easily. It’s a foundation-less plant, having separate weighing modules for aggregates, cement, water and additives for higher accuracy. We have installed our proven world-class pan type mixer in this series to give better mixing and better output of the concrete.
