GST will streamline taxation and smooth operations across the country

The year 2017 has been quite good for us; besides growth in the domestic market, we procured good orders from international sales. We are in talks with some more international customers and hope to close the deal during 2017 itself. Demonetization has not affected our business. Infact, our customers have welcomed the move by the Prime Minister. It has minimized the invasion of Chinese equipment into India. Many people were doing transactions which were not warranted when the cost of capital equipment is so high. GST will surely streamline taxation and facilitate smooth operations across the country.

Our Concrete Block Machine SPM30 ensures increased productivity

With over 15 years of local manufacturing at Vadodara in Gujarat, we offer the most versatile, innovative concrete products equipment in the industry. We have made several design changes on our flagship product SPM20, which is an ideal combination of high technology with medium capacity and low investment in pallet and product handling. Its simplicity and ease of installation/dismantling makes it an ideal solution for project works.

We launched a new, fully automatic Concrete Block Machine SPM30 last year. It has a unique Rack Loader/Unloader Model UL30 made in India with technology from Columbia Machine, USA. UL 30 provides completely automatic loading and unloading of the production pallets into the racks. Furthermore, the cured products are automatically cubed on wooden pallets using the Plate Style Cuber PSC 200 which is again made in India with technology provided by Columbia Machine USA. This increased pallet and product handling efficiency improves productivity and reduces product handling damages drastically.

We have started training our customers’ operative staff at our factory, which has resulted in identifying the problems and trouble-shooting easier. We have expansion plans not only for India but for other Asian and African countries as well. We have a presence in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. New at Excon 2017

We will be focusing on our latest fully automatic Concrete Block Machine SPM30. With this, we will educate customers on the bigger board machines offered by Techmatik, which has been acquired by Columbia. Techmatik offers a very large capacity, fully automated, high-tech Concrete Block Plant, which is made in Poland.
