State-of-the- art machines for construction industry from Masa

MASA is a century old machine manufacturer supplying state-of-the- art machines for construction industry across the world.

According to Mr.Abraj Vettuparampil, Managing Director, Masa India, this year we are participating in 25 exhibitions worldwide but at bC India, we will participate on a big scale because of the rapid modernization and infrastructure developments happening in India.

Expatiating on the subject, he said Indian construction industry is currently transforming from the labor intensive conventional manufacturing process to automated mass production methods where we see great potential for our products. With our 105 years of experience in machine manufacturing and leadership in most parts of the world, MASA assures the best technology and generations of service. We are sure that bC India will transcend other similar exhibitions in India.

On their company's participation he said, during bC India, our focus is to reiterate the importance of eco-friendly and safe manufacturing. Due to the vehement need of infrastructural growth in India and the urgency in completion of projects after projects, the attention and importance of safety and environmental cautious manufacturing is sidelined from its importance. As industry leaders, we feel that its our responsibility to reiterate the importance and educate the industry people how to have a successful business with safe and eco-friendly manufacturing facility using advanced process technologies and machineries. You will notice this focus in our booth and also we are conducting a seminar in Exhibition Centre Conference Room 2 (A.03) on 10th February 2.30 to 5.30pm discussing in detail about eco-friendly & Innovative Building Material Manufacturing where our technical experts discuss about latest methods in process technology and how industrial waste like fly ash can effectively be used in building materials.

On product introduction he said, we constantly strive to produce the best in the industry. We had drastic improvement lately in process automation to match international safety standards. We make machines to single standard for all countries and hence have to ensure that our standard match the standard of any country we supply. So a machine supplied to India is having the same standard of a machine sent to USA or Germany. During bC India, we are exhibiting our improvement in process technology and also have some new products lined up.

We will also be focusing on the conservative industry segment at the show which is not exposed to international exhibitions or manufacturing processes. We have mass production machines having twenty times the capacity of most plants in Indian industry. Educating about new technologies and processes will drive the overall demand for more new machineries having higher capacity using less manual labor which will also boost demand for our products.
