Sicoma Mixers India, a 100% subsidiary of Sicoma srl of Italy, is providing state-of-the-art planetary and twin shaft mixers that are designed to be user-friendly and cost-effective. The company provides prompt service and maintenance and spares that are readily available at its facility in Bangalore.
Bringing technology and sustainability in products
Like the proverb “necessity is the mother of invention”, in current times, we can say that “innovation is key to long-term sustainability”. This is because introducing new features and technology in our products towards a greener and cleaner environment is one of the fundamental blocks of our R&D. For example, we have introduced IoT-based remote monitoring system on our Mixers. This helps our maintenance team to monitor the operating parameters of the Concrete Mixers from any remote place, ensuring optimal usage of resources to run the Mixers and take preventive measures to avoid any potential risks or damages to them which results in substantial savings in their operating costs due to their maximum uptime.
Initiatives to increase sales and expand market
The most important move we have now made is to shift our manufacturing of large capacity Mixers (up to 4m3) completely to India. This move will largely benefit our OEM customers through cost effectiveness and faster delivery times, and give a sense of pride in offering Made in India large capacity Mixers.For this purpose, we have invested heavily in our Plant at Bangalore to manufacture large capacity Mixers. We have also started exporting these Made in India Mixers to some emerging countries and even to some developed markets.
