Dynemix unveils new range of concrete placers, ride-on rollers, plate compactors

Gujarat-based construction and specialized equipment manufacturer for process industries, Dynemix, is working on a new range of concrete placement and earth compaction products to meet the demand for concreting and road construction applications.
Meeting International Design and Engineering Standards
Our strategy is to develop products that can substitute the products of foreign OEMs and market them under our own brand name. We do not want to offer solutions that are being mass-produced by local producers; instead, we will make products engineered to meet the more modern construction needs and be on par with the products we offer to foreign OEMs in India, following their expert engineering and design standards.The company manufactures ride-on rollers and reversible plate compactors for OEMs under their respective brand names. To date, Dynemix has produced 400 units of ride-on rollers and plate compactors at its Kuha manufacturing facility, near Ahmedabad.
Providing Solutions for Various Process-Based Industries
Comparing our concrete placers with concrete boom placers concerning the smooth flow of concrete over M20 grade, we have observed that pumping through concrete boom placers can cause choking. In contrast, our concrete placers, which operate on conveyor-based delivery systems, do not face this issue, making them highly suitable for canal and dam construction. Furthermore, our placers come at a lower cost than boom placers, whether truck- or trailer-mounted. Our concrete reclaimer, designed to arrest concrete during transfer from transit mixers and offer slurry washing solutions, minimizes wastage in handling concrete. We are experts in providing solutions to process-based industries like cement, and we will soon introduce solutions for the RMC and concreting industry as well.
Expanding Product Portfolio
Dynemix, known for offering dust collectors, slope compactors, work behind rollers, ride-on rollers, plate compactors, and concrete placers, has expanded its product portfolio to include concrete reclaimers and solutions for aggregate and concrete slurry reuse, along with concrete bucket attachments.Ramping Up Production
We have enhanced the functionality of our regular products through changes in their design. To reduce their initial cost, we are considering increasing our production capacity and the number of units to be produced. This will bring down the per-unit cost, and we will pass on the cost benefit to our customers. Dynemix plans to ramp up production to 200 units annually from the current 150 units. We have been granted a quality systems certificate, under which regular audits are being carried out. The company will continue to sell and support its products directly and through dealer tie-ups.
