Sajin Noorjahan, Simem India
The infrastructure construction sector is expected to grow steadily over the next four quarters with a rising demand for heavy-duty and high-performance equipment.
Sajin Noorjahan, Director - Sales

SIMEM is well positioned to fulfil demand for high-performance equipment with its superior class of concrete batching plants.
Precision in the weighting and mixing in our plants allows us to use lesser resources and raw materials. The reduced maintenance costs and high efficiency lower plants’ downtime and make production more efficient. Moreover, the major and critical parts in our plants are now galvanised, giving the plants a longer life span. We can also provide a fully galvanised plant which will not rust in any kind of environment.

In addition, the company is always updating its SIMEM@TIC automation. With our latest version, our partners can achieve the maximum output from their plants.

Nowadays, most contractors engaged in infra development prefer a mobile plant to a fixed - the reason why we developed BISON for those who demand mobility and quick installation.
There are several arguments in favour of mobile and highly transportable plants. The infrastructure construction segment prefers mobile system to fixed plant, as the cost of manoeuvring a fixed plant is much higher and requires the construction of new foundation also.

Overall, it is highly time-consuming. That is why we have developed a super mobile batching plant, BISON, just the right solution for those who need mobility and quick installation. BISON concrete batching plant has a capacity of 100-200 cumtr/hr. The completely mobile plant is mounted on a trailer with a wheeled chassis for easy movement between sites and can be installed and ready to produce in just 4 hours.

Simem India

Our automation programme SIMEM@TIC can connect all the plant functions at a single centre point.
Our automation programme SIMEM@TIC can connect all the plant functions like weighting, recipe ratio, mixing time, discharging, etc at single centre point. The system allows our partners to handle the increasingly short-notice nature of orders without compromising the efficiency of the plant. After the introduction of the software, dispatchers report a significant 70% improvement in punctuality; 55% improvement in information flow and 36% fewer incorrect deliveries.

We have started a leasing scheme for our partners.
It is true that developers and contractors are facing several problems - the major one being liquidity. Since investing in a new purchase is difficult for them, we have started a leasing scheme for our partners through our financing solution provider.

We offer full support with dedicated spare parts and service personnel.
As one of the 7 subsidiaries around the world, Simem India oversees its internal market and of the neighbouring countries. In order to intercept new clients, an online marketing strategy is being implemented alongside the traditional campaigns. For our existing clients, we offer full support with dedicated spare parts and service personnel who keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
