Drastic improvement in “Ease of doing Business” is a very positive indication
The recent reduction of the GST to 18% on the end products has brought about a big relief to the end users and the product manufacturers alike. This is a welcome change which will increase business and also the expansion plans of many manufactures and end-users. Also, simplified procedures introduced recently is welcomed by everyone.
New product developments at Parijatha with many industry firsts
Parijatha machines undergo continuous development and upgradation from time to time, and are well known for their reliability and competitive features. Our new development in the Block machine model Blockmaster is a new stacker device, which helps in the handling of green blocks coming out of the machine into racks and simultaneously removing pallets from the cured block pallets.
The four-station press now has an additional face mix dosing hopper, apart from a special levelling device, which is the first of its kind in the country. The additional top layer doser and levelling device is fully developed and fitted onto the machine, making it completely automatic.
The Gear Box design of the PBM Plus has been fully revamped for easier maintenance and performance.
The Feed hopper of our PBM 06 is now automated making it very operator-friendly, and ensuring increased productivity.
The elliptical hopper for the linear wet press is a screw-less hopper that dispenses the complete material in the hopper, without anything being left over.
Mould manufacture processes have been vastly improved with a lot of innovative features, some of which are a first in the industry.
Our Common Punch holder is now introduced for all moulds, eliminating the need for ordering the bulky Punch holder while procuring the mould set. This, in fact, is a boon for all our customers since it is a huge cost saving as there is no need for reordering of moulds and also saving on their transportation costs.
Moulds with liners for manufacture of kerb stones have been launched. These bring down the cost of mould replacement considerably for the customer.
Parijatha has been launching new products from time to time based on customer feedback and requirements. At present, the need of the hour is a higher level of automation in raw material and finished handling for which the company has developed a host of solutions.
Also, new systems for transport of cured blocks into the Shot blasting machine, and consequently loading into the automated spraying line, are among the new developments planned for the future.
