How has Q Green responded to the industry's shift towards automation, and what future trends do you anticipate in the concrete solutions market?
Over the past few years, we have observed a notable shift towards full automation in the brick industry, with many companies transitioning from semi-automatic to fully automatic systems.
Our research and development team has been a key driver in this transition, developing several cutting-edge automation solutions in-house. We have designed and implemented rack loading automation and our proprietary Cuber system. Additionally, we are introducing fully automated plants featuring innovative solutions like finger car elevators and lowerators.
To further enhance the quality and performance of concrete products, we have also developed our own in-house curing chambers.
Q Green is focused on three primary solutions: flooring, partition wall, and boundary wall solutions. We have noticed a shift in demand from traditional concrete bricks and blocks to AAC blocks, and we anticipate a significant rise in demand for AAC solutions by 2025-2026.
