Our crushers produce M-sand in the spec of IS-383 conforming to Concrete and Plaster Sands.
M-sand has tremendous demand and PROMAN is one of the world leaders in this segment. Our factory in Bangalore is manufacturing Crushing, Screening, and Sand Washing equipment for supply of aggregates and M-sand for quarries and mineral sectors, and for road and dam contractors in India and neighboring countries.
PROMAN manufactures Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers in collaboration with REMco of USA, who are leaders in reduction technology. PROMAN-REMco machines produce cubical, well-graded, sound, mid-range aggregates, specification sand and other fine sizes conforming to the IS-383 spec. In collaboration with LIPPMANN of USA, PROMAN manufactures heavy-duty primary Jaw Crushers which have the capacity to produce 100 to 500 tons per hour of aggregates. We also manufacture PROcone - a Cone Crusher which does both secondary and tertiary crushing.
In India, we also make Finedoor screens and Grizzly feeders for all screening applications. In collaboration with Aggregate Equipment Industries, USA, we manufacture the unique Ortner for removal of fines from the crushed product. PROMAN offers flexibility in the form of PROMO-series mobile crusher.
PROMAN is known for customizing its plant to produce varied product mix as per project demand.
The company has been a pioneer in providing systems and solutions for producing high-quality manufactured and plaster sand, by dry or wet process. We also offer mortar plant for supplying various mortar mixes packed in bags to the matured, urban markets. Our USP is providing innovative solutions through technical collaborations with world-class Crushing and Screening equipment manufacturers.
PROMAN works closely with its customers and can customize its plant to produce varied aggregates as per their requirement. This flexibility is incorporated in the design and in the specification of the system provided for maximum peak load - a capability for which PROMAN is recognized, globally.
We anticipate good demand for reliable and innovative crushing solution providers like PROMAN who can take customers to a higher profitability level.
The growth of the Crushing and Screening segment is quite robust. PROMAN has had a good year in 2017-18, as we have managed to break barriers in terms of sales top line. Our export markets in Asia, Middle East, Africa, and America have shown increased growth, and we are totally geared up to cater to future demand with our state-of-the-art factory and machine shop, and we also have invested in a foundry to support our aftermarket services. We are steadily establishing ourselves on an all-India basis.
The weaker rupee has definitely made us more competitive, but it has also added to our bottom line. Our export customers who recognize our product quality are partly able to pass on the currency advantage to us also.
