Prime Technologies Unveils Mini Skid Steer Without Cabin: A First in India
Our Mini Skid Steer Without Cabin, being highly economical and versatile, simplifies the work process and eliminates excessive paperwork, thereby reducing delays and hassles in starting projects, avers Akhil Jain, Sole Proprietor, Prime Technologies.
What makes your Mini Skid Steer Without Cabin unique in the market?
Most companies in India are dealing with skid steer loaders that come with cabins. When a loader has a cabin, it requires wheels, which bring in several formalities: it needs to be registered, a pollution certificate is required, third-party certification is necessary for operation, and the operator needs a license. These formalities can create significant challenges for contractors, who are already handling a lot of paperwork on job sites.
Our mini skid steer loader, on the other hand, is designed without a cabin, making it perfect for confined spaces where larger machines cannot operate. It simplifies the work process and eliminates the need for excessive paperwork, significantly reducing delays and hassles in starting projects.
What are its advantages for the end-users?
First, the loader is highly economical compared to other options on the market. Second, it is very compact and versatile, making it suitable for a variety of applications. Its rubber tracks make it very rugged and suitable for any application. Third, the machine is a powerful energy pack, equipped with a robust Vanguard 23 HP Briggs & Stratton petrol engine, one of the most reliable and durable engines available worldwide. This engine offers excellent performance, ensuring the loader’s efficiency and longevity. Fourth, the machine can be paired with various attachments depending on the customer’s specific needs. It comes with several standard attachments, such as a road cutting saw, stump grinder, trencher, forks, backhoe, stone bucket, breaker, and many more. We are now working on a high-tech version of this skid steer loader, which will be the first of its kind in the world. We plan to integrate it with core drill machines and saw blade attachments, making it a first for India.
Our target customers include civil road contractors and demolition contractors, etc. The loader is also versatile enough for use in agriculture, trenching, demolition, auger drilling in soils, excavation of soil as a mini dozer, and many other applications.
Any plans for starting production of these machines in India?
To manufacture these machines in India, we will have to set up a large facility and ensure consistent demand for the machines. However, if demand grows, we will definitely consider setting up our own manufacturing plant.
While we import the machines, we design the specifications and layout of the product in-house. The OEMs then produce the machines according to our specifications. This ensures that we maintain the quality and cost-effectiveness of the product.
What other products does the company offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of concrete cutting and demolition equipment, including petrol-powered cutters, electric-powered cutters, hydraulic wire saws, accessories, and more. All of these are part of our standard product line-up, all of which have been getting a positive feedback from the users for their quality and performance.
