Our products are designed for applications such as road building and paving, asphalt maintenance, aggregate processing, and recycling, ensuring superior performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Kaushik-Asphalt-Plant

Through our Kaushik Cesan joint venture, we bring advanced European technology and design in our asphalt batch mix plants.

Our joint venture with Cesan of Turkey has enabled us to deliver advanced asphalt batch mix plants in capacities ranging from 80 to 200 tph, built on European designs that are known for their structural robustness and safety. These plants feature tube-section frames that ensure higher rigidity and can withstand site vibrations and seismic activity up to 6.2 on the Richter scale. The European-design burners, equipped with dual servo motors, maintain the precise air-to-fuel ratio for clean combustion, preventing black smoke emissions.

Components are sourced from Cesan Europe and assembled at our Sanand facility, ensuring premium quality. The integration of automated airflow control through a single nozzle enhances combustion efficiency and minimizes heat loss.

SCADA software in our plants brings improved automation, operational safety, and real-time performance tracking.

To meet evolving industry demands, we have upgraded all our plants with SCADA software for improved automation, operational safety, and real-time performance tracking. This system enables remote operation and data access, empowering plant owners with better monitoring and control. Our RAP-enabled plants offer flexibility to use multiple fuel types and additives, and include provisions for waste plastic utilization, supporting sustainable construction.

Expanding our product line, we have developed a bitumen decanter system that enables direct heating, emptying, and storage of bitumen from barrels with minimal loss. Offered in 3–8 tons/hr capacities, the decanter is ideal for remote regions such as the North-East and J&K, ensuring uninterrupted project execution, even in challenging supply conditions.
