Pointing out the benefit of its products, he said Marsman's world–class modern technology primary jaw crusher having capacity to crush bigger boulder size of 1.2mtr (1200mm) using auto hydraulic jaw setting system, is one of the advantages to the end users to crush directly bigger boulders without re-breaking. Also the crusher possesses an unmatched capacity of crushing 700 tons per hour. As per Mr. Varma the other major advantage is that it offers complete crushing and screening solutions with secondary option of cone/impactor making available everything under a single umbrella.

Driving home his view point, the MD pointed that Marsman's machines are ideal for proper crushing and screening of Iron Ore, Granite, Limestone, Block trop, Dolomite and Hard Black Rock, besides its broad applicability for cement production and tunnel crushing. Lot of such qualities and productivity oriented crushing and screening plants are currently working superbly and satisfactorily in India and across the world.

Not just this, he added, the company offers a wide variety of primary mobile crushing plants ranging from 60 TPH to 250 TPH and its mobile crushing unit consists of Primary Jaw Crusher, Vibratory Grizzy Feeder, Belt Conveyor equipped with Permanent Magnet, Heavy duty mobile chassis fitted with Axle, Tyres and Electrical Control Panel.

Further he said, Marsman's Jaw Crushers are ideally suited for crushing of hard granite stone, back trap rock, river gravel, lime stones, coal and iron ore at primary as well as secondary stages which gives maximum output with low operating cost and increasing margins of returns per tons. The company also manufactures Primary and Secondary Horizontal Impact Crushers with production capacity ranging from 50 to 500 TPH which is an ideal solution to produce high quality cubical shape stone aggregate materials with high productivity.

Elaborating on the vibrating screens manufactured by the company, he said that they are designed and manufactured with modern technology and high sophisticated machines. And are equipped to produce maximum output with minimum screening area and power consumption and are also available in different modules and sizes with different capacities to suit customers'requirements.

Revealing the design of Vibrating feeder he explained that the Vibrating feeder is designed in such a way that the vibrating action of feeder conveyer separating the loose fines from the materials and this provides smooth and controlled feed rates to maximize capacity of the plant. The fines drop to the bottom of the feed material passed through the grizzly section. Heavy duty spring suspension provides protection and cushioning against impact and vibration.

Dwelling on the modern manufacturing process in its units he said that the organization has a separate and fully computerized design & development department equipped with all the modern 3D analysis software ensuring accuracy and perfection in design and development. All the machines manufactured by Marsman are working satisfactorily throughout the world. Its construction and mining equipment are very reliable as they are manufactured under vigilant supervision of technically qualified and experienced team of engineers.
