BS V emission norms likely to influence product costs and market competitiveness

The implementation of BS V emission norms is expected to affect the construction equipment industry, influencing product costs and market competitiveness, and will require the CE industry to invest in cleaner and more environmentally friendly technologies. Companies that are well-prepared to meet these standards will have a competitive advantage and will shape the industry towards a more sustainable future.

Building brand value

Our commitment to sustainability enhances our reputation as an environmentally responsible company. We engage with local communities in the areas where we operate to support inclusiveness and social responsibility. We incorporate sustainable materials in our equipment to reduce our carbon footprint during manufacturing, and our suppliers are equally committed to reducing their carbon emissions in the best possible way.

Training operators to enhance productivity and efficiency of equipment

We offer comprehensive training programs to operators so that they can operate our equipment safely and efficiently. We encourage operators to engage in upskilling to stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices. We continuously gather their feedback and monitor the performance of our products in the field. This data drives improvements in our machines to enhance their safety and reliability.

Outlook for construction sector

As can be seen, 2023 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for construction. With technological advancements and high demand for services, the only way to go is up. With an emphasis on rebuilding infrastructure, sustainable buildings, and smart cities, construction companies will have more opportunities. Investments in infrastructure are the main growth drivers of the construction equipment industry.

With Government’s impetus on making high-quality infrastructure and initiatives like Bharatmala, Sagarmala and focus on developing physical, digital and social infrastructure, the industry is quite optimistic for the future and hopes to get similar support post elections as well. The proposed India Middle East Europe Economic Corridor (IMEEC) project will be a game changer and will help boost the CE industry across the world.

It is necessary to stay informed about technological advancements within the CE industry. Innovations that improve efficiency, sustainability, and digital integration can significantly influence the industry’s prospects. It is also important to collaborate with emerging start-ups having disruptive technologies, which can lead to more innovative practices in the industry.

With the unpredictable global landscape giving rise to many unwanted events, and rising inflation due to this instability, the industry will be under pressure due to rising costs of materials worldwide, till things return to normal.
