2017 has been very promising for Vibrant
We have observed some impact due to the transformational changes like demonetization and GST on the sales of construction equipment in 2017. We had faced challenges and we have coped with them and established ourselves more strongly.

The year 2017 has been very promising for Vibrant. We have seen good growth in terms of number of plants we installed and the extent to which we have penetrated into the market as a branded company. We have installed more than 50 Asphalt Batch Mix Plants in various states of India. We have launched our new product Concrete Batching Plant to cater to the needs of customers in a better way.

We have a prime focus on developing products tailored for the Indian market, and have always been keen on Make in India and Make for India. Our country needs a lot of infrastructure development in order to be called a developed nation. So, instead of importing products, we can develop better quality indigenous products and thereby, also provide employment to many people.

Automation and online support have become very important

We have been constantly improvising our product with respect to market demands and customer requirements. Our in-house R&D team has been working on methodologies that help to improve the productivity and reliability of our machines. With respect to operational efficiency, we have fine-tuned a lot of things to enable ease of operation and increased efficiency.

Automation and providing online support have become very important of late. In our machines, the control panel is considered the heart, as all the operations take place through it. Our control panel is SCADA-enabled, so in case of any issue, we can take virtual control of the system and handle the problem from any place. We provide this service efficiently and thereby, save manpower and breakdown time for our clients.

We give preventive, periodic maintenance instructions to customers

Over the years, Vibrant has developed in terms of its quality product and head count as well. Now we have a separate service engineers team that provides quality and prompt service to our clients. Maintenance is very important for machines to run smoothly in the long-run. So, after the product commissioning, we provide detailed instructions for preventive and periodic maintenance to our clients. In case of any problem, our service engineers provide 24x7 on call support.

Our new branch office in Vishakapatnam opened in October this year, will cater to the needs of our customers in Andhra Pradesh and also make spare parts availability more easy.

Expansion plans

Vibrant is keen to expand its business through dealer networks in various locations, and would utilize Excon 2017 as an opportunity for the same. In view of the shift in the government’s focus on concrete structures, we have started manufacturing Concrete Batching Plants as we see a lot of upcoming projects in the concrete industry. We will also be launching our new product Transit Mixer soon.

New at Excon 2017

Vibrant Construction Equipments has always been more focused on product quality development and prompt service to our customers. Now we have planned big for Excon 2017. We are going to put our standard product Asphalt Batch Mix Plant on display. We are also launching our new product Concrete Batching Plant (30m³-120m³).
