We will be launching our new VBA 180 tph compact concrete batching plant at Excon.
At Excon, we will be displaying our asphalt and concrete batching plant, and the highlight at our booth will be the launch of our new VBA 180 tph compact concrete batching plant.

We continuously take inputs and feedback from customers and make the necessary modifications. We also incorporate new technologies, materials, designs etc. All the parameters like fuel consumption, ease of transportation, maximum uptime/minimum downtime, and ease of maintenance, are taken into account at the design stage itself and later on during manufacturing also.

We have added attachments like RAP/Foreign Fillers etc, which are becoming part of standard equipment.
Many of the roads that require maintenance, involve the use of milled materials which cannot be wasted as they are costly. Road maintenance requires works like pothole filling, crack filling, micro surfacing etc. Vibrant is gearing up to meet these challenges.

Our customers are becoming more and more tech-savvy and they want to use the resources available to the maximum extent since the inputs are becoming expensive and margins are going southwards.

We have plans to start an operator certificate course at our upcoming campus near Hyderabad.
We have plans to train operators in the plant itself, so that customers can send their operators and mechanics to be trained. We are also contemplating training technicians who can then be absorbed by the customer. These plans will come into fruition very soon at our new campus coming up near Hyderabad.


The infra development and construction sector has been given a big boost in Budget 22-23.
The construction industry is by far the biggest employment generator. It is also very capital-intensive. Construction of Infrastructure projects attract both private and foreign investors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders, who are assured of good returns on their investments.

Infusion of capital brings more efficiency and timely completion becomes of prime importance and will spur growth of the CE industry. We all know that efficiencies in project construction and timely completion can be accomplished by using advanced machinery and the latest technologies.
