Mahesh Gupta, Shri Ram Panels (Magnus Plywood)
From construction plywood to industrial and Compreg plywood, we are providing indigenously developed innovative solutions across diverse industries.
Mahesh Gupta, Managing Director

We will be displaying our wide range of products at Excon such as the bigger size Calibrated Plywood, CARB Certified Plywood, Fire Retardant Plywood adhering to ASTM E84 Standards, and Mezzanine Flooring DVL & LVL.
Our bigger size calibrated plywood is for use in the furniture industry; it reduces wastage in cutting. All our products are E0 compliant and CARB certified. We have been making E1 (low emission plywood) for the last 14 years and it is a standard practice at Magnus to make all panels emission-free.

Our Mezzanine Flooring is an anti-skid panel embedded with a steel net for higher load bearing capacity and flexibility. Mezzanine floors made by these panels are 70% more cost-effective as compared to the traditional iron sheets and structural steel.

We are using technologies like core composed plywood for reducing wastage. Unique vacuum impregnation technology produces plywood for fire retardancy, anti-termite plywood, plywood for chemical industry floorings, and structural plywood for outdoor purposes.

Our focus is on providing customised solutions to customers as per their requirements.
We are reducing our carbon footprint by using only FSC certified agro forestry wood, keeping in mind the environment and the health of our workers. End-users can choose products from the Magnus range that meets specifications like water proofing, fire retardancy, termite resistance, and advanced specialty shielding. There is a right product for each application in multiple sizes for reducing wastage and offering more convenience. We believe in delivering tailored solutions to different segments of users. It is the key to driving customer loyalty.

Our product portfolio, which caters to several industries, is the result of our continuous Research & Development.
We are constantly bringing to the market innovative and diverse products to meet all kinds of application requirements. Our automated peeling machines use low girth wood logs, an automated dryer, core composers, biomass for fuel and generation of electricity, and we reduce wastage by implementing tools like 5S, Kaizen & Lean manufacturing principles. All this gives our products a cost competitive edge.

To guarantee that our products meet the BIS standards, we have invested in a fully equipped in-house laboratory with quality testing facilities. Our competent technical personnel have been trained to screen items in accordance with BIS and ISO standards.

We provide customers end-to-end solutions as per their requirements. Over the years, Magnus has increased its client base manifold by offering quality products and prompt response to clients’ requirements.

Shri Ram Panels (Magnus Plywood)
