We are optimistic of future growth prospects as expansion of major roads & highways and other infra projects will drive demand for asphalt batch mix plants.

We will develop higher capacity plants as demand picks up

Capious Roadtech has three manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad with a production capacity of 24 units per annum. We are manufacturing 120/160 TPH asphalt batch mix plants, and will develop higher capacity plants as demand for them picks up for use in road projects.

Other products in the range are Asphalt Batch Mix Plant, Asphalt Drum Mix Plant, Wet Mix Macadam Plant, Bitumen Sprayer, Broomer & Chip Spreader. For civil construction, we make stationary and mobile Concrete Batching and Mixing Plants, and will be launching Concrete Batching & Mixing Plants with Twin Shaft Mixer.

We offer customized solutions while ensuring optimum mixing and output as per the requirements of the contractors. We are also trying to penetrate deeper into markets outside India, as we are keen to strengthen our export business.

RAP is gaining popularity in India

Though a relatively new concept in India, contractors have become more aware of RAP, and some are ready to pay even higher costs for RAP, which is very useful for the customers and for the environment also. Contractors also get benefit because of RAP as it includes the cost of bitumen and fuel, which is profitable for them.

We ensure real time availability of spare parts anywhere and anytime

Our focus is to deliver best quality products as per agreed specifications, timely delivery and prompt after-sales service. Our aim is to give value for money to our customers with products that are fuel-efficient and economical to operate, and are designed such that they are easy to assemble, dismantle, and maintain. We offer all kinds of operational support to our customers to ensure higher uptime and productivity of our equipment.

Our aftermarket services include comprehensive operator training on the plants along with trouble shooting, and in case of a breakdown, our technicians reach the site as soon as possible. We offer contractors a preventive maintenance contract so that they get the best output of their plants from us.

R&D has helped us to optimize machine design and productivity

Our SCADA-based system provides services to our customers, and we also provide an ultra-modern operating system with panel facilities so that contractors and government bodies can work in synchronization. We have an in-line storage silo, dust removal system, and our latest in-house designed technology for fuel saving.

R&D has helped us to develop machine designs that minimize wastage, and create sturdy plants that can withstand tough usage, and give optimum performance. Our efficient Counter Flow Technology is our in-house R&D initiative, which gives the contractor precise output.

GST will bring more clarity into businesses

No doubt, there is a slow-down in our industry due to GST, but looking at the future, it is a good step as we see more clarity coming into businesses. Whatever problems we had to go through, are all sorted out. So overall, it has proved to be good for us. As per our ISO 90001: 2015, our billings have been clear, and we faced no hurdles due to demonetization.
