Our aim is to make our solutions and services compatible with the OEM’s equipment performance.

Our control panels cater to the operations of asphalt batch mix plants, mobile batching drum mix plants, and stationary concrete batching plants. The panels are also used in the foundry industry, and for packaging and turnkey projects. We also manufacture custom-built low tension panels of 11/33 kv, HTMC panels, MV switchgears, and PCC panels.

Gayatri-Control
We are working very proactively as system integrators with OEMs and component manufacturers to align our services with their onsite operational needs. This is through our in-house design and engineering expertise. Our fully interlocked systems comply with all the safety standards, giving us a competitive edge.

Our control panel in the asphalt batch mix plants can work on various recipes of the bitumen mix. The panel features an alarm and keep a record of breakdowns. A feeder control with VFD network enables wireless monitoring and control with closed loop.

Our focus is more on the operation of the asphalt batch mix plants, supported by our control panel.

OEMs are catering to customers’ demands for higher energy efficiency, plant performance, and most importantly, on delivering the rated output as per the configuration of their plant.

Plant performance is supported by the control panel, which enables the operator to derive the rated output as claimed by the plant manufacturer, and can be helpful in the billing and inventory preparation and management. This is because our intelligent control panels with Scada can interface with any level of variable frequency drives. Plus, they deliver real-time profitability and provide safety during continuous operations. For plant monitoring and performance, we are now developing PLC-based control panels which are connected through cloud to inform the owner and the operator of the actual performance of the plant.
