So, frequently we keep launching new products ranging from basic instruments like automatic and digital levels, electronic theodolites to hi-end total stations and GNSS Systems. Our new digital levels come with high accuracy and memory storage, one of the best in the market at present. Janak Surveying and Mapping
Talking about the importance of product sustainability he says, "Of the world's 100 largest economic entities, 63 are corporations, not countries. Great power creates great expectations: society increasingly holds global businesses accountable as the only institutions strong enough to meet the huge long-term challenges facing our planet. Coming to grips with them is more than a corporate responsibility. It's essential for corporate survival. Unfortunately, short-term thinking is now endemic to business strategy employed by other companies in the market. Coming to the word 'green,' our products use environment-friendly batteries and also provide features of recyclable cells, which help in saving environment. The user manuals and documents with our equipment come in digital forms via CDs etc so that we can do our share of environmentalism by saving paper and hence, the trees."

Sharing his views on the government's 'Make in India' campaign, he averred that this initiative is a major new national program which is designed to facilitate investment, foster innovation, enhance skill development, protect intellectual property, and built best-in-class manufacturing infrastructure. We, at JANAK, believe its impact on the Civil engineering sector would be very vital in shaping the coming years. It would help in increasing productivity, giving chance to domestic organizations like JANAK and favoring them over MNCs. We hope for a brighter scope with this program in the coming years.

Commenting on the prospect of CE industry in India and JANAK future plans he said that with a robust manufacturing presence in India, the CE industry is increasingly catering to not only India but also to Asia and some parts of Africa. Like the automotive industry, the CE industry would soon position India as a global hub for CE manufacturing, design, R & D and components outsourcing. The new government promises an opportunity to understand how industry can accelerate infrastructure projects through modern equipment and global best practices with focus on sustainable infrastructure development. "Being one of the oldest and well established brands in the country in the line of surveying instruments with a high tech knowledge base, JANAK has been expanding and growing its network and reach consistently since its establishment in 2001, shining brighter each year. With the stipulated growth of CE industry in the coming years, we promise to deliver what is expected of us and much more."
