Gujarat-based bricks and block making machinery manufacturer, Endeavour is catering to all categories of brick and block producers through its wide portfolio of 16 models covering the brick and block making machines that can deliver throughput of 250-1500 blocks/hr, while the brick making machines can produce bricks between 1200-5000 bricks/hr. The material used for making bricks through the machines comprises of cement, fly ash, river sand and stone dust and for blocks the materials used are mainly river sandstone dust and aggregates.
Bringing automation in product lines
We began manufacturing plants with conventional design and in modest volumes, but with the market evolving and demand rising, we have been leveraging our product lines by making them more automated and adding a host of modern features. Some of the additional features include material batching feed systems, automatic feeding, stackers for removal of produced materials etc. Mechanization has done away with our need for laborers.
Makes plants cost competitive and reliable
We manufacture a mix of 45 brick and block making plants annually at our facility in Mehsana, Ahmedabad. Our complete in-house design and manufacturing makes our plants cost competitive and reliable. We make our own mixers - a vital component for bricks and blocks making machines. We manufacture the mixers for appropriate mixing of fly ash, river sand and other materials. These mixers are unlike those used in ready mix concrete plants having thick liners, which makes them cost intensive. Our mixers make the initial costs competitive, yet allow the plants have higher availability, through lesser maintenance requirements. We provide annual maintenance contract and maintenance support through our dedicated services engineers.
