We started the company in 1978 for manufacturing of vibrating equipment & magnetic separators. The next big leap came in the 1982’s, when, to provide value added solutions, the company started manufacturing vibratory motors.

Today, Electro Magnetic Industries is offering a comprehensive range of vibrating motor, vibratory screens, vibrating feeder, metal detector & magnetic separator to industries. Our magnetic separators are designed for mobile, stationary, and tracked plants in capacities of 100 to 250 tph, to separated out iron particles.

We are doing reverse engineering and backward integration in our manufacturing processes to counter the rising cost of raw materials.

Components and supporting products of crushing and screening companies must be flexible and durable. This is because plant owners are going for larger number of trains to optimize crushing operations, including crushing of abrasive materials, through larger product variants, in order to have the desired throughput.

Given the higher cost of raw materials and fuel, our aim is to make cost-competitive yet high quality products that meet the standards of the OEMs. We have also done backward integration in our manufacturing processes as a solution to the rising costs of raw materials.

Our solutions are designed to meet demand for the rated level of product output to be delivered along with availability of equipment.

Since we have an integrated manufacturing facility with a foundry and fabrication unit, we are able to manufacture products of assured quality and reliability, and with minimum downtimes. Our products go through extensive performance tests before they are ready for the market. We are selling directly to customers and giving the required support. Our customers include Puzzolana Machinery Fabricators, Metso, Sandvik India, and Marsman, and many more.
