Cost Effective Solutions for Construction sector from Ajax Flori

Ajax Fiori is a Joint Venture company with Fiori S.p.A., of Italy, for manufacturing construction equipment and catering to the concreting sector. Adding he said that recently we have tied-up with Eurostar Italy for Planetary Pan mixers and with Turbosol Italy for Mortar Spraying Machines.

Elaborating on its product range he said we offer Self-loading Mobile Concrete Mixers, Concrete Batching Plants, Transit Mixers, Tunnel Dumpers & Articulated Site Dumpers and Mortar Spraying Machines. Our versatile product range has facilitated and strengthened our base among contractors and construction companies operating in irrigation projects, canal linings, power projects, real estate, industrial structures, urban infrastructure, windmill & transmission line foundations, concrete roads & curbs, to name a few.

On their participation at bC India show he said, our focus at the show will be both on product and market segments. On the product front, we shall be offering the most comprehensive range of Batching Plants with capacities of 20 cu.m/hr and above. We shall have the choice of reversible drum mixer, planetary pan mixer and twin shaft mixer. For handling of aggregates, we shall have the options of radius lift arm, compact bins, in line bins and boom scrapers. Other than Batching Plants, our focus shall also be on Plaster Spraying Machine, wherein we represent Turbosol of Italy. We believe that these machines, which are suitable for site mix and ready mix mortars, shall change the dynamics of the building industry in the days to come.

Revealing the new introduction Mr. Bhattacharya said, in addition to these, we will launch our Dragline Batching Plant DLP 30 during the show. The USP of DLP 30 is that we shall be offering the plant with planetary pan mixers that are manufactured in-house under technical collaboration with Eurostar Concrete Technology, Italy. We are also at advanced stage of discussion with leading Italian manufacturers for products aimed at mechanization of the building industry, and we are hopeful of making the announcements during the show, he added.

On the market front, we have opened our Mumbai office in 2010 to commence our operations in Western India and thanks to our customer's confidence in us that we are getting good market response from there. We are also planning to commence our operations throughout India from 2011, he discloses.
