In a strategic move, Chryso a key international French specialist in construction systems has acquired 100% stake in India's 83 years old leading construction chemical, Structural Waterproofing Company, (SWC) thus deepening its presence in India so much so that it could be a game changer in construction chemical solutions in the construction chemicals market in India as the analysts view this development.
These organizations, each having over 7 to 8 decades experience in manufacturing and marketing have already established their strong credentials in construction chemicals space with innovative products and services for the construction industry. The newly inaugurated state-of-the-art R&D Centre in Navi Mumbai would cater to the requirements of domestic and export markets in south Asian countries. We offer extensive access to our research and development laboratories, testing and trails on concrete materials, cement and related products with a vast array of specialized laboratories, equipment supported by latest technology inputs. The opening of the new manufacturing facility in Rajasthan at Alwar would enable Chryso to be a formidable player in the Indian construction chemicals business to support infrastructure development.
