We manufacture 80 to 200 TPH asphalt batch plants, which are designed and developed as per agreed specifications.
We design and develop plants to meet the specific requirements of the contractors, which enables them to derive maximum ROI. Each machine at Capious is subjected to multiple quality checks during manufacturing for delivering the desired performance. With our high-end design capabilities, we create sturdy plants so that they can withstand tough usage in Indian site conditions.
We are incorporating RAP in our plants - a relatively new concept in India - which is fast gaining popularity.
We have designed a system for RAP and offering it against the customer’s request. RAP system consists of separate hopper for storing and metering of reclaimed asphalt pavement material. The metered material is conveyed to the batching system in the tower and then mixed in mixer with virgin material.
We have developed a unique system for preventing dust from entering the plant’s process system.
To lower the operating and maintenance cost, we have developed a unique system for preventing unwanted fine dust from entering the plant’s process system. Absence of dust in aggregates increases heat transfer, which, in turn, reduces fuel consumption; it also reduces load on the dust collector and bag house, thereby extending the life of the filter bags.
Our plants give value for money to customers as they are fuel-efficient, which makes them economical. The plant towers are constructed in modules and are bolted for quicker erection, dismantling and maintenance. All units are manufactured as per the road transportation norms; their dimensions are within specified limits, and they are pre-wired for fast erection. We also ensure timely delivery.
We offer all kinds of operational support to our customers to ensure higher uptime and productivity of our equipment.
Our topmost priority is aftermarket services, in fact, our selling starts from the time the plant leaves our premises. We train operators on the plant so that they can do troubleshooting. We send maintenance alerts to contractors based on the hours the plant has been running.
In case of machine breakdown, our trained personnel reach the site within three working days, and if the site is outside India, then within 7-10 days. We also give some critical parts/components free-of-cost along with the delivery of the plant.
