Atlas manufactures asphalt batch mix plants ranging from 80 to 260 tph, equipped with coal burners for dryers and coal or wood fire burners for hot oil heating systems. The company also produces asphalt counterflow drum mix plants, mobile asphalt mix plants known for their ease of transportation, and bitumen drum decanters and pressure distributors for seamless material handling.

Our concrete batching solutions include mobile and stationary batch mix plants, wet mix macadam plants, and portable mini batching plants, catering to a wide spectrum of road and civil construction applications such as highways, urban roads, and airport runways.

We have expanded our portfolio with mastic-based plants.

Our mastic-based asphalt batch mix plant is an optional attachment for road construction in heavy rainfall areas. This feature is available across our 80, 100, 120, 160, 180, and 200 tph plant models. We have also launched a mastic cooker to facilitate the transport and application of mastic asphalt.

We are now manufacturing our third-generation asphalt batch mix plants, redesigned for easier operation, maintenance, and cost-efficiency. Mechanical improvements across the range have enhanced plant reliability, reduced downtime, and simplified servicing for contractors.

Our advancements in burner technology ensure precise combustion and energy optimization. The new, fully modulating, low-noise burners have a simple mechanism to adjust the air-to-fuel ratio, ensuring optimal heating of aggregates with lower fuel consumption. These high-performance burners support multiple fuel options, providing flexibility to contractors using coal, wood, or liquid fuels.

Our insulated counter-flow dryers and four-wheeled friction drives with direct-coupled gear motors ensure efficient heat transfer without obstructing the flame, enhancing safety and reliability.

By integrating low NOx burners, energy-efficient designs, and fuel-saving technologies, our Eco-Smart line of machines cut operating costs while meeting global green standards.
